It was moving really fast, about 35,000 miles per hour, before it broke apart in the air.NASA also made a statement about this. They said the meteor broke into pieces 29 miles above Bammel. This made a pressure wave that was strong enough to make the loud booms that people heard on the ground.This one was big. The meteor was three feet wide, and it weighed around a ton before it fell apart. What happened to it?
