Floods and high winds hit France as storm Nils sweeps in

Storm Nils has battered southwestern France, bringing heavy rain, winds up to 150 km/h, and widespread flooding. Rivers like the Gironde have breached, submerging towns and roads, while power outages affect around 850,000 homes.
