US foreign aid cuts could cause 14 million deaths, study finds




The Trump administration’s cuts to the US Agency for International Development (USAID), which provides 40 percent of humanitarian funding worldwide, could lead to 14 million deaths, a study found, potentially “halting — and even reversing — two decades of progress in health among vulnerable populations.”
